The Visa Atlanta Regional Office is more than just a workspace—it’s a community-centered environment designed to support employee well-being and connection. By embracing inclusivity and innovative technology, the office sets a new standard for hybrid work while celebrating the unique culture of Atlanta.
The design for Visa’s Atlanta office focused on creating a dynamic workplace that goes beyond traditional functionality. The goal was to establish a high-tech, inclusive environment that aligns with Visa’s vision of being a leader in innovation while fostering a strong sense of community internally and with the city of Atlanta.

Collaborating closely with the client and stakeholders, the design balanced flexibility, collaboration, and personal well-being. Key features like focus rooms, wellness areas, and gender-neutral bathrooms emphasize inclusivity, while curated local art and custom murals strengthen the connection to Atlanta’s culture. The reception area welcomes visitors with an immersive LED screen, a coffee bar, and private booths showcasing art by Neka King, creating an engaging environment from the start.
A central staircase unifies the office, framed by built-in seating and greenery to provide spaces for casual gatherings or moments of quiet retreat. A tech bar with a mural by Corey Barksdale and communal pantries serve as informal social hubs, while contrasting workspaces offer tech-enabled huddle rooms and flexible project spaces. The design blends the warmth of communal areas with adaptable environments that support hybrid work and reflect the spirit of Atlanta.

From the panoramic views of Piedmont Park to curated local art, Visa’s Atlanta office is a celebration of culture, community, and creativity. The design not only meets functional needs but also captures the soul of Atlanta—where innovation and inclusivity come together to create a space that’s truly enjoyable.
